Cheryl Mihalko. Landscape Design
Cheryl's work reflects her knowledge and appreciation of garden history and her own passion for gardening. She works with clients to develop their private garden by learning about the ecology of their site, their lifestyle, and their aesthetic values. Cheryl's formal education includes a Master of Landscape Architecture degree from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. She has taught landscape architecture at the University of California, Davis, and the University of Georgia, and regularly lectures to public and private groups interested in the history, art, and process of making beautiful gardens. One of her many distinctions includes serving as the landscape architect for the 2004 Southern Living Idea House at The Georgia Club.
