Garrell Associates, Inc. is an Atlanta based residential design consulting firm founded by Michael W. Garrell in 1993. A leading residential home designer with 17 years experience in the design of custom and production residential projects, Mr. Garrell spent ten years as Senior Designer of one of Atlanta's largest builders and was responsible for the residential design and design execution of approximately 2600 single family units. Residential designer and co-owner James H. Klippel, who began working in the Atlanta home building business in 1974, joined the firm in 1994. Garrell Associates, Inc. brings together 40 years of experience in Atlanta working with many of the southeast's finest homebuilders. In addition to custom designs and four plan books, Garrell Associates, Inc. offers a variety of builder services, including community design and design review. Land Planner

Williams & Associates is a multi-disciplinary firm comprised of talented, experienced professionals, offering comprehensive land planning and civil engineering services to clients throughout the Southeast. As one of the area's foremost land planning and design firms, Williams & Associates has a combined strength of twenty-four professionals including landscape architects, design associates and civil engineers. Williams & Associates has the in-house expertise and capabilities to produce a project from raw land into a finished, award-winning design.

Cheryl Mihalko

Landscape Design

Cheryl's work reflects her knowledge and appreciation of garden history and her own passion for gardening. She works with clients to develop their private garden by learning about the ecology of their site, their lifestyle, and their aesthetic values. Cheryl's formal education includes a Master of Landscape Architecture degree from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. She has taught landscape architecture at the University of California, Davis, and the University of Georgia, and regularly lectures to public and private groups interested in the history, art, and process of making beautiful gardens. One of her many distinctions includes serving as the landscape architect for the 2004 Southern Living Idea House at The Georgia Club.
